FAQs
How Do I Register And Pay For Camp?

All participants must register online at www.cliffgodwinbaseballcamp.com

You can pay online when you register (Note: There is an 8% fee charged in addition to the cost of camp when paying online)

What to Bring:

ELITE CAMPS
Each camper must bring his or her own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Helmets will be provided. Every camper in attendance will be given a camp T-shirt.

YOUTH CAMPS
Each camper is encouraged to bring his or her own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, cleats, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, helmet, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Every camper in attendance will be given a camp T-shirt. We recommend bringing sunscreen during the summer. We also advise youth campers to wear proper baseball attire but it is not necessary to participate in camp.

Accommodations:

No camps that ECU Baseball offers at this time are overnight camps. Accommodations should be made in advance for any participants coming to camp from outside the Greenville area.

WHO IS RIGHT FOR OUR YOUTH CAMPS?

Our camps welcome all participants regardless of skill level. Registration is on a first come, first served basis as long as the registrant is within the specified range of ages. If you have any questions regarding camp, please contact our Camp Coordinator, Eric Tyler at cliffgodwinbaseballcamp@gmail.com.

Inclement Weather Policy:

We have plans in place for all of our camps to run whether rain or shine. We will communicate any changes made to camp through the email provided during registration if the weather forecast looks like it will prevent us from being on the field.
Players should bring appropriate footwear for any indoor activities i.e. sneakers or turf shoes.

Refund Policy:

ELITE CAMPS
After receipt of registration, refund or camp credit will only by given if written notification is received prior to 10 days before the start of camp. The refund or camp credit will be for the full amount with the exception of a $100 processing fee (ie- if camp costs $300 you can either get a $200 refund or $200 credit towards a future camp). If camp credit is chosen, the camp credit is good for one year and becomes non-transferrable and non-refundable. We rely heavily on having very specific numbers for our camps and last minute cancellations cannot always be filled. For this reason we are required to have this policy.

YOUTH CAMPS
After receipt of application, refund or cancellation will be given only if written notification is provided 7 or more days prior to the start of camp. The refund will be in full with the exception of a $75 processing fee, which is needed to cover costs. Additionally, players have the option to transfer the entire balance towards a future camp if they prefer provided written notification is received 7 or more days prior to the start of camp. If the refund is requested within 7 days of the camp the registration fee will be non-transferable or refundable. Without written request prior to the start of camp, no refunds will be processed. All camp credits are good for one year.

WRITTEN NOTIFICATION CAN BE SENT TO THE CAMP COORDINATOR, ERIC TYLER, AT CLIFFGODWINBASEBALLCAMP@GMAIL.COM

Can Parents Watch The Camp?

Parents are highly encouraged to observe their child's participation in camp.
Coaches will be happy to answer any questions after the camp is over regarding what we worked on at camp that day. For safety and liability reasons, at no time is a non-camper allowed on the playing surface of Lewis Field.

What Happens To Left Behind Equipment

We highly recommended that you clearly mark all equipment your child brings to camp. Any items that are left behind will be kept for 1 week following the last day of camp before being donated to the local parks and recreation. Cliff Godwin Baseball Camps takes no responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen. In the event your child leaves equipment please email our Camp Coordinator, Eric Tyler at cliffgodwinbaseballcamp@gmail.com

Will There Be Medical Staff Present?

All camps held at ECU have medical staff present. ECU Athletic Training
provides trainers for our each of our camp sessions. It is important to indicate any pre-existing medical conditions prior to camp on the required forms so our trainers can assist your child as needed.

What Forms Are Required For Camp?

All medical forms must be completed one week prior to the start date of camp. These three forms must be filled out and signed in their entirety(whether they pertain to your child or not). You can download all three forms in the documents
